Refund & Return Policy
Kearney Material Handling operate a 7 working day returns policy on all items purchased through our eCommerce store.
To return items purchased through the Kearney Material Handling online store, you must first request a Return Item Authorisation (RIA) from a staff member of Kearney Material Handling. As many of our items are ordered for particular customers, we cannot take responsibility in covering the costs of a courier to return the item. If you are unsure about item compatibility with your plant/silo/conveyor, please contact us in advance; we would be happy to provide you with advice on sizes and types before you order to avoid unnecessary returns.
We currently offer to ship to only two areas; Ireland and the UK. The cost of shipping is constantly increasing; however, we would like to inform our customers that orders up to €200/£200 will incur a charge of €30/€30. Anything above €200/€200 will not incur a courier charge at present. This is subject to any further increases in transport over the coming months.
If you happen to receive items that have been damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible. If the item is not reported damaged within three (3) working days of your company receiving it. A refund will not be possible.
